Product Description:

Using alkali free glass fiber or polyester fiber weaving as the substrate, the surface is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) modified material to form a grid like structure, which combines flexibility and high strength.


Performance:

1.Good air permeability,its mesh structure can accelerate the circulation of humid and hot air, reducing drying time

2.High temperature adaptability,the temperature resistance range is up to -70 ℃ to 260 ℃, suitable for high-temperature printing and dyeing processes

3.Non-stick, easy to clean stains and adhesive on the surface.

Its smooth surface can prevent dyes, resins, or adhesives from adhering, ensuring a smooth fabric surface and clear patterns.

4.Chemical resistance. Be resistant to various organic solvent.


Product Application:

Loose drying and shaping: used for fabric shrinkage drying, dyeing and shaping processes to prevent fabric shrinkage and deformation, and improve the dimensional stability of finished products.

UV curing and environmental protection process: As the conveyor belt of UV series light curing machines,

it supports rapid drying of environmentally friendly inks, reduces energy consumption, and minimizes volatile organic compound (VOCs) emissions.

PTFE mesh fabric has significant advantages in improving clothing printing and dyeing efficiency, ensuring process accuracy, and reducing equipment maintenance costs.
